What does a pilot session actually look like?

A 90-minute facilitated session with your residents -- same content, same quality as our paid program. We run it, collect feedback, and share the results with you. No cost, no obligation to continue.

How many residents can attend?

We recommend 10โ€“30 residents per session for optimal engagement. Larger groups can be accommodated for remote delivery. We'll discuss what works best for your community on the discovery call.

Do we need any special technology?

For remote and hybrid: a screen and stable internet connection. That's it. We handle all presentation materials and facilitation tools. No apps, no logins, no software for residents.

What if our residents have very limited tech experience?

That's exactly who this program is built for. We start from zero -- no assumptions, no jargon. Residents who have never touched a smartphone often leave as our most engaged participants.

Can we customize the content for our community?

Yes. We can incorporate community-specific resources, local scam alerts, or preferred tools your residents already use. Light customization is included; extensive custom development is quoted separately.
